Our team
We are a family owned company, based in the British Virgin Islands where Co-founders Catherine Ardagh & Damien Yquel live full time. We have a British Virgin Islands Trade License that allows us to operate legally within the Virgin Islands and abroad as a certified and fully insured Ltd.
Our team of skippers & crew have years of experience delivering and skippering yachts around the world. They all have a minimum RYA Yachtmaster Ocean or French Captaine 200 license and are more than happy to share their passion of the sea and sailing with you! We have a diverse & international trilingual team that can sail away with you in English, French or Spanish.
Onboard, our skippers have full authority to deviate from the original passage plan for reasons of seamanship and safety.

An adventurous soul by nature, Catherine has been living a nomadic life across the world’s oceans for over a decade; from the chilly waters of the Antarctic to the West Coast of Canada where she grew up, to the Caribbean where she works as a Charter Skipper, to the high latitudes of Svalbard where she works in tourism as a Polar Expedition Leader. Passionate about the sea, she decided to pursue her Captain’s license and has rarely set foot on dry land since. Her contagious love of sailing led her to become an RYA instructor so that she could share this passion with others - and, to this day teaching is one of her greatest pleasures. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Catherine’s animated personality makes her a pleasure to sail with anywhere, anytime and in any conditions.

Là où la terre se confond avec la mer, où les nuages se fondent avec l’immensité de l’océan, je suis né en Bretagne, à Fouesnant. Là où la Voile s’écrit en majuscule, où l’esprit de la mer est un art de vivre au quotidien. Bercé par les récits de mes ainés, de Moitessier a Tabarly, là où se sont écrites les plus belles histoires de la navigation à voile. J’ai eu cet envie de voyage, de partir vivre ma passion de la mer, de laisser libre cours à ma rage de vivre et à mon amour du partage. Des Iles de Glénan, où sont basés les écoles de voile reconnue depuis 1947, aux Iles ensoleillées des Caraïbes; j’ai navigué comme au 17ième siècle, à la recherche de l’or qui se conclut par la rencontre de l’autre et du plaisir d’être sur l’eau. Je m’appelle Damien, épris de liberté, marin du fond de l’âme, tout entier dédié a donner du plaisir à mes invitées le temps d’un charter.
